Passenger
Rules 

  • No Animals are allowed on the shuttle (including Emotional Support Animals; however, Service Animals are permitted as required by law*)

  • No drinks, unless they are in spill-proof containers (no straws or open lids allowed, must have a screw top or a sports top on any water bottles)

  • No food (must be stored in luggage or personal item)

  • No unruly behavior (please respect our drivers and passengers on the shuttle)

  • No Wheelchairs or Walkers (at this time we don’t have the space to accommodate them)

  • No Guns, Knives or any sharp objects allowed in the shuttle

  • Anything with pungent odors are not allowed (please respect our drivers and passengers in the shuttle)

  • Disruptive passengers are subject to removal

  • Cleaning fee may be assessed for any damage done to the shuttle


*Any service animal that is disruptive or not potty-trained will be subject to having the passenger removed and cleaning fee may be assessed.

Vehicles parked at any pick up locations are done so at the vehicle owner's own risk.
